their own label ‘Haus of PINS.' The tape sold out within a few hours and the video
received a great deal of attention for the band. Later that year PINS worked with
Bella Union to release their ‘Luvu4lyf’ EP on 10” glitter vinyl. The EP was followed
by their first UK tour, and the band later signed with Bella Union, going on to release
PINS released their sophomore album Wild Nights
worldwide in June 2015. Produced
by Dave Catching at Rancho de La Luna in Joshua Tree and mixed by Ben
Baptie at Atomic Studio.
In 2015 PINS released Trouble
- a limited edition vinyl for Record Store Day which
has now sold out.
In 2016 Bad Thing
was recorded in a studio on the Scottish Borders last October and produced by Mark Vernon and the band themselves, the EP features 5 tracks, which opens with the teasing Bad Thing before moving into the addictive Aggrophobe
featuring Iggy Pop’s iconic vocal. Bold, edgy and deliriously addictive, Serve The Rich
follows on from PINS recent Bad Thing EP. Undeniably PINS, but with a fresh and unique sound, the Manchester fivepiece enlisted The Kills’ Jamie Hince to produce the track. Serve The Rich will be released on baby pink 7inch vinyl on 20th October.
