Electro-pop artist M the Myth is a genderqueer entertainer. In 2015, he opened for Leif Garrett at the world famous Whisky A Go Go in Hollywood, CA while touring the West Coast.
Last Fall, M the Myth was featured in The Fresno Bee Newspaper as an “Artist You Should Know”. His debut EP “This is M” dropped in October 2015 alongside a striking music video for the lead single “LGDA”. He was a Semi-Finalist in the Unsigned Only Music Competition in 2015 for his song “Can You Break Boy”. His music was reviewed in Music Connection Magazine (09/2016) where he received a 7.8/10 and was described as having “unabashed hookability”. His new single, “Holding On” was released in September 2016 along with a performance video. In 2016, he signed a co-publishing deal with Alcon Sleeping Giant for his work on “Arcade” by Zee Will. He finished #9 out of 9,000 entries in Guitar Center’s nationwide singer-songwriter competition. In 2017, M relocated to New York City, and enrolled in the training program at Broadway Dance Center. He has performed at a variety of venues in NYC including the legendary Bitter End. He recently released a music video for his single “One Night” (a collaboration with the queer experimental film company TRASH FILMS) which was featured in the online music review “When the Horns Blow”. He is currently working on his debut album, Holy Stoner, to be released in the winter of 2018.
