Rahman Altın is an international multi award-winning composer,
songwriter and producer, with 25+ years of experience in the music industry
both in Los Angeles and Istanbul. He completed his high school education at
TED Ankara College before studying Opera at Hacettepe University State
Conservatory and serving as a Tenor in the Ankara State Opera and Ballet of
Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Rahman has composed two of the
biggest modern dance productions for the Turkish State Opera and Ballet.
Creating more than 5,000 compositions for television, film, commercials and
live performances since 1994, Rahman’s works have won him many prestigious
awards both in Turkey and around the world; 6 awards in 2017 for his Original
score for “MAMA”, 6 awards in 2017 for his original score for ''AKiDE'' and he
also achieved 6 awards for ''The Butterfly’s Dream'' in 2014 for his score.
He has been composing and developing TV Teaser
Campaigns, Trailers, Commercials, TV and Internet Promos for high-profile US
clients including NBC/Universal, Universal Animation, Warner Brothers, Lucas
Film Ltd., HBO, DreamWorks, Sony Pictures, Activision, Section 9 Entertainment,
Remote Control, Ignition LA and Static Music. His work has featured in projects
such as ZAFARI, Iron-Man 3, Man of Steel, R.I.P.D.,
The Amazing Spiderman (2012), The Green Lantern, Star Wars (Blu-Ray
debut), Monsters vs. Aliens (VG), Bucketz (VG), Tom Hanks' mini-series
“The Pacific”, and HBO’s “The Special Relationship”.
