Major halls include New York’s Carnegie Hall Recital Hall, London’s Cadogan Hall, Sydney Town Hall, Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre Concert Hall, Sapporo Concert Hall, Okinawa Convention Center, Hong Kong City Hall, Shanghai Oriental Art Center, and others. He is a frequent guest of international music festivals. In New York, he received Artists International’s Debut Series Award for Carnegie Hall.
Yanakov graduated from New York’s Mannes College of Music, and was a full-scholarship fellow at the Accademia Chigiana in Siena, Italy. His conducting debut was with the Czech National Symphony Orchestra. He is the Director of the London Chamber Players. Regular TV and Radio broadcasts, including live from the Los Angeles Museum of Art.
His project, The Four Pianists, mixing classical and jazz, has successfully toured Europe, playing at Cadogan Hall London and in front of 4,000-strong audiences.
