Pianist and composer Luke Faulkner was born in Shrewsbury, England in 1991. He wrote and performed his first piano concerto with the CSO in 2008 before reading Music at the Christ Church, University of Oxford, graduating with a "double first" class in 2012. He is a Fellow of the Royal Schools of Music (with distinction) and a YouTube Official Artist.
