After the demise of D.C.'s much-loved, lovingly ferocious Rites of Spring, the band briefly re-formed, with slight lineup changes, to become the equally short-lived One Last Wish.
One Last Wish is known for relentlessly cathartic and inspiring live performances, reflected years later in the posthumous release of their only full-length album, 1986. Members Guy Picciotto and Brendan Canty would later take part in another Rites of Spring reformation, Happy Go Licky, before both becoming parts of Fugazi. ~ Blake Butler, Rovi
