With guitar in hand and loop pedal under foot, Tim Stout is a refreshing face for pop.
After losing his father to the attack on the World Trade Center, Stout started enjoying life again upon picking up creative habits like poetry and theatrical performance. Drawing influence from singer-songwriters like Prince, Ed Sheeran, Allen Stone, and John Mayer, his “hopeful romantic” lyrics masterfully explore themes of of togetherness, the high and throes of love, and the importance of nourishing lasting relationships.
After just a few short months playing his music in public, Stout opened for Allen Stone and Caleb Hawley at Brooklyn Bowl. In collaboration with singer-songwriter/producer Cale Hawkins, he has begun recording his first studio works, available to stream now.
