Shazam is an Australian electro producer associated with the label Bang Gang 12 Inches.
Born Cameron Parkin and based in Perth, Australia, he made a name for himself with several one-off productions for the label, several of which were compiled on the various-artists label showcase Bang Gang 12 Inches Presents a Radicool Compilation (2009), including "Hello Cat," "Pool Party," and "Luckier." "Pool Party" and "Luckier" were released by the label on a 12" EP in 2009 along with several remixes. In addition to his productions, Shazam made a name for himself with remixes of Toecutter's "Best Party Ever," Dizzee Rascal's "Dance Wiv Me," and Muscles' "Sweaty," among other tracks.
