Brooklyn's The Shivers were formed in the weeks before September, 11th 2001 by Keith Zarriello (aka Sonny Santos) and Joanna Erdos.
The Shivers performed at legendary NYC clubs such as CBGB's, Brownies and Glasshouse Gallery in the then, still raw Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
Since then, The Shivers have recorded eight studio albums and have toured extensively throughout the United States and internationally, growing a cult following including opening for bands such as M.Ward, Deer Tick and Foster The People as well as actors like Aaron Paul, Daniel Radcliffe and Tessa Thompson. They have recently completed their latest album recorded in London by Andy Ramsay of Stereolab. It is due for release in 2019.
