One foot in the forest and the other one on a market somewhere in the middle east. Rubashov is bound to his acoustic guitar but also takes you on a journey with his sitar, the saz or maybe with the Irish bouzouki.
Big trees, massive mountains and deep water are some of the factors that repeatedly attract Martin Rubashov into the forest. The obvious awareness of being a very small part of something bigger helps him stay close to the feeling of what is real. He also showed up on the In Flames album (Siren Charms) and then Anders from In Flames showed up on Rubashovs song "Black Elk". There is no boundaries and Rubashov is a trustful companion through a dynamic landscape.
