With 23 years in punk rock, with an avalanche of releases and hundreds of shows in countries like Sweden, USA, two at the South By Southwest festival, Norway, Denmark, Italy, Croatia, Great Britain, Germany, Slovenia, Finland, Spain, Holland, Belgium and Japan, 2018 sees "DEMONS" being a force to be reckoned with again.
As one of the originators on the scene that produced The Hellacopters, Turbonegro and later The Hives (as well as the first band that was called punk'n'roll) they are during 2018 releasing a handful of records and a mini album which is a collaboration with another punk rock legend, Jeff Dahl.
Between 2001 and 2011 the band toured relentlessly around the world and released and/or contributed to about 30 records. The band is now as active as ever and with a fresh line up they have releases in 2019 which include a bunch of singles and collaborations as well as a highly anticipated new full length album planned in the beginning of 2019.
"Demons" has always gone against the grain and has lived through more cuts and bruises than most contemporaries. They have always revered their punk rock ideals and the D.I.Y. aesthetic more than anything else.
Note: BEWARE of other bands using the name Demons. "DEMONS" has used it professionally since 1995! Look for the quotation marks.
