A musical innovator as much as a musician, Beatie Wolfe is at the forefront of pioneering new formats for music, which reunite tangibility, storytelling & ceremony to the album in this digital age. In this vein, Wolfe has created a series of world’s-first designs that bridge the tangible and digital, which include: a 3D vinyl for the iPhone for her debut album 8ight; a Musical Jacket - designed by the tailor who dressed David Bowie
, Mick Jagger
and Jimi Hendrix
and cut from fabric woven with Wolfe’s music - for her second album Montagu Square
and most recently the world's first live 360 generative AR stream for her new album Raw Space
was conceived and recorded at 34 Montagu Square in Marylebone, a historic location that was the former home of both Paul McCartney
and Jimi Hendrix, among other rock notables. Raw Space
was conceived in the Bell Labs Anechoic Chamber, once the quietest room in the world.
