You’ve seen Liam Purcell & Cane Mill Road on national TV on PBS three times, including this season featured on David Holt’s State of Music Show. The band’s first three albums: 10 weeks on Billboard’s Bluegrass Albums Chart including a #2 spot right behind Billy Strings.
Not only did they win the International Bluegrass Music Association’s 2019 Momentum Award for band-of-the-year, but the band and it’s players racked up 2 awards and 5 nominations from IBMA over the past two years, and a prestigious IBMA Ramble Band slot in 2017, as well as a Grey Fox Emerging Artist artist selection in 2018. The band returned to Grey Fox in 2019 to play the main stage twice, including a set with Billy Strings sitting in, and Liam played with Billy on his dance stage set in 2017.
