In December 2018 Nathan found himself standing in the studios of Ocean Way Nashville at the invite of Beverly Gosdin Jenkins, wife of the late Vern Gosdin.
Beverly and Buddy Hyatt co-produced his first 2 original songs, “Snakebite” and “Cold and Lonesome”, with a Nashville A-Team of musicians. “Cold and Lonesome” was then released worldwide through Cashbox and began climbing its monthly charts and by July of 2019 reached #1.
Nathan cut 4 more original songs to complete an EP album titled “That Kinda Man”. “Coming Home” was then released to Radio through Cashbox as well as CDX Nashville. With 2 songs charting, Nathan was featured on the cover of the May 29th issue of Record World Magazine.
May 2019 brought a big addition to the team with the signing on of a new co-manager and producer, Blake Mevis.
Soon after, Blake was back in Nashville, setting at the control board of Starstruck Studios producing for Nathan. They cut 2 singles, one of Nathans originals, “Country” and the other one picked out by Blake from a catalog of songs written by proven hit song writers, Harley Allen and Jimmy Melton, “When Your Rock Turns to Stone”.
