BandazZ is an Italian collective of Bossa Nova Jazz. The project was born from the will of the singer and composer Max Lantieri, who makes his debut with an album dedicated to Brasil and to one of his most popular and beloved musical genres, the Bossa Nova.
Making use of the precious collaboration of the guitarist Theo Salvitti, he brings together a group of talented musicians from the Roman jazz scene, to record live the studio album "Bossa in a jazzy dress", which is published on June 26th 2018, by the Brazilian label Savalla Records. From this first recording experience and from the collaboration with the music producer and sound engineer, Carlos Savalla, was born the idea to replicate the project ,this time to pay homage to the great Italian music of all times, BandazZ style.
In this new musical adventure, the young italian singer Beatrice De Dominicis, joins the duo Lantieri-Salvitti. Suspended between two seas, two languages, two musical cultures that try to meet to contaminate each other, this is the trait that characterizes the path of the band that is completing the first auteur album, entitled “Sonhos: the journey, the dream and the poetry ", whose release scheduled for the end of 2019 was anticipated by the single" Encantadoramente " .
