Formed in the Winter/Spring of 2015, the band was started by lead singer Claire Parcells and lead guitarist Dylan Drummond. Soon after they added drummer Calvin Pyle and bassist Ian Dillingham to the mix and several months later recorded their first six-song EP which can still be found on their Soundcloud and Bandcamp.
They continued to play gigs locally at venues such as the Meatlocker, Boontunes, and even some larger venues such as The Stone Pony and House of Independents. They quickly became a fan favorite amongst DIY music enthusiasts in the area. Playing with other local music superstars such as Jean Pool, Shred Flintstone, Spowder, Junkanoo, and LKFFCT (just to name a few) they have carved out a unique spot for themselves in this cultural hotspot that is the North Jersey music scene.
Throughout the latter part of 2016 and 2017, they have been performing and recording alongside new drummer Margaret Marino and bassist Joe Jansen. Their first full-length self-titled album “@Tula Vera” totally encapsulates the band's mature songwriting approach, while also demonstrating mastery of their instruments. They are currently writing material for their second album and playing several shows a month in the NJ/NY area.
