The typical line-up of Fuse (string quartet and rhythm section) enables them to develop a unique melting pot of styles and genres. Their approach results in a qualitative and sincere crossover experience. Founded in 2012, Fuse started to organise their own concert series, gaining them popularity among a diverse audience.
Nowadays, Fuse is a regular guest on popular TV-show Podium Witteman; a weekly live broadcast about classical music.
Also, Fuse appeared multiple times on popular daily shows and featured on public radio, newspapers and magazines.
Fuse' debut album Studio was released 2016, containing music by Béla Bartók, Chris Thile, Nils Frahm, JacobTV, Dave Brubeck a.o. In December 2018 a new album is released: Studio 2. With compositions by Simeon Ten Holt, Maurice Ravel, The Yellowjackets a.o.
The group headlined festivals such as Wonderfeel, the International Chamber Music Festival, Classical Next, SAIL Amsterdam, reaching audiences from 200 up to 30.000 people.
