“TREAT EVERY GIG LIKE IT’S THE MOST IMPORTANT GIG OF YOUR LIFE"
These were the wise words a young stranger told Tony, as he was traveling his musical road. This advice would inspire his path to an unlikely stage of a suburban backyard in Pennsylvania, where his creative energy would find its way to Daniel.
And so, the kindness of a friend, the curiosity of a musical ear, and the faithful leap of a foolish heart all coalesced on a summer evening. A house concert turned showcase, an audience of soccer moms camouflaging an accidental A&R rep: the kind of stage you can’t build, the kind of show you can’t promote, the kind of timing that seconds, minutes, and hours do not dictate. But ZEROES is more than just a fortunate accident.
Separated by a handful of states and a lifetime of musical experiences, Tony Bernardo and Daniel Scott converged in Royersford, PA to form ZEROES. The level of trust they had for each other was instant, but grew even stronger over the course of ten long months in the studio. The soundscape of a troubled past contrasting with the bottomless optimism of a true believer, Tony and Dan had a fiery dynamic that propelled the rocket, and nearly sank the ship.
ZEROES are two multi-instrumentalists with one sound, two solo artists with one vision, two souls with one purpose: to open hearts through the sound they make.
