A lover of words, Zoe Sanders has been writing poetry and songs since her teens. To express herself she opts for English, her paternal tongue.
As a perfectionist, Zoe benefits from advice on composing and performing from a friend of the family, singer Betty Bonifassi . How does it feel, a song recorded on Betty Bonifassi’s 2014 self-titled album, was written by Zoe.
Zoe worked as a model for a while, which gave her the opportunity to appear in a few music videos, among them Ono by Loud Lary Ajust , L’amour by Karim Ouellet and Time In Vain by High Klassified. These encounters confirmed her desire to pursue a career in music, and one day release her own videos. Zoe then begins signing lessons with pianist Tom Mennier (Rufus Wainwright).
In 2016, Zoe meets Lefutur, the duo of talented multi-instrumentalists, composers and producers, comprised of Alexis Aubin-Marchand and Thomas B. Champagne (Pilou, Benny Adam, Kamar). There’s electricity in the air, and a fruitful collaboration begins that will lead them to the studio. In 2019, Zoe joins the Audiogram team and releases Stay, a promising single in which her singular voice and intelligent pop shine. She is currently working on her first album.
