Five pieces band, released their first album “My Own Gravity” in 2011. From a small town where approximation and energy prevailed over message and style, fans from Germany to Brasil, from Norway to Russia, from China to Japan, more than 60.000 new fans have downloaded the free version of “My Own Gravity” from
Over one hundred directors from all over the globe have sent their short video to support the creation of the videoclips for the band’s first work and more and more are sending theirs to support the second one. Thanks to their direct and successful communication Metropol could reach a varied and affectionate number of people who followed the band in their appearances at important national venues like : Arenal Sound, Low Festival, San San Festival, Éolica Fest, etc.
At the beginning of 2013 Metropol released “End Of Numbers - The Acoustic Sessions” Ep where the band reinvented 3 songs from the “M.O.G.” album in a more introspective way and a new song.
During that year, they also won several competitions like the Volkswagen Fender fast song, Road to the Red Bull Tour, Shure Call of Legends etc. which fuelled the rise of the Metropol star.
The band has been working extremely hard two years on their second LP “Sorry All Over The Place”. The album came to light in february of 2015 and Deluxe version on 2016 with 5 new songs and reached the TOP20 best selling albums on Itunes in the first week.
