Following graduating High School, and after years of long-distance collaboration throughout college, the band settled in by recruiting a college friend of Dan's, drummer Ben Taylor in 2015 to finalize the four piece.
The fall of 2016 was the band first crack at the venues of New York City. Soon after the band began playing shows, they quickly separated themselves from the likes of others, developed a passionate fan base, and have been headlining shows ever since.
July of 2017 marked the release of the bands debut EP "Here, Alone" an almost eight month project that through singles "Throw you out" and Wasted, helped push the band along even further in developing their unique sound.
With the 2019 release of their single "Drive", Back 2 Zero plans to release more music this fall, as well as a 2020 debut album.
Taking cues from 90's alternative and pop, Back 2 Zero combines asthmatic hooks and heartfelt, relatable lyrics that will have you singing along before the chorus ends.
