Female fronted alternative rock band from Suffolk, UK. Recording demos in DJ’s home studio gave way for the band’s front woman to expose a huge voice that sliced through the post rock melodies of her bandmates. Not only that but her lyrics expressed a raw emotion of tough times and the strength found within them; personal yet empathetic for the modern experience of a millennial. Combined with the driving force of DJ’s guitar solos, Rico’s harmonised guitar riffs, Dave B’s bouncing bass lines and Chev’s vivacious drum beats, the band caught the attention of BBC Introducing in Essex in November 2016, being invited in to the studio for their very first performance and debuting the single Dear Liar. Spending eighteen months behind the scenes avidly writing, recording and perfecting what would become their debut album Hourglass, Saving Scarlett continued gigging, including storming the Ed Sheeran stage at the Ipswich Music Day in July 2017. September 2017 saw the release of Hourglass, promising “a mix of punchy riffs, melodic tones and powerful vocals.” Taking inspiration from a host of rock influences, fans of Tonight Alive, Paramore , Flyleaf and Against The Current will love Saving Scarlett. With regular radio play and a growing audience, the future looks promising for Saving Scarlett. If you haven't heard these guys live you haven't heard them. Raw. Passionate. Emphatic. Coming to a stage near you...
