Inspired by the electronica of the Chemical Brothers and Kraftwerk, Belgian duo Shameboy, aka Buscemi drummer and Arsenal producer Luuk Cox and Discobar Galaxie's DJ Bobby (Jimmy Dewit) formed in 2004.
They then topped the Flemish dance charts for ten weeks with breakthrough single, "Rechoque," a year later, released debut album, Hi Lo And In Between, in 2006 and became a festival favourite with live sets at Rock Werchter, Pukkelpop and Lowlands. Following 2008's Heartcore and 2010's 808 State Of Mind, Dewit left to be replaced by Dominik Friede. ~ Jon O'Brien, Rovi
