Classically trained, and drawing on his experiences as <g class="gr_ gr_87 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_disable_anim_appear Grammar only-ins doubleReplace replaceWithoutSep" id="87" data-gr-id="87">violinist</g> in art-pop orchestra The Irrepressibles, Canadian band The Hidden Cameras and as <g class="gr_ gr_88 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_disable_anim_appear Grammar only-ins doubleReplace replaceWithoutSep" id="88" data-gr-id="88">musical</g> companion to Grammy-nominated Olivia Chaney, he creates vivid, emotive music, weaving melodic ‘sad-boy pop’ and symphonic-inspired textures.
He has performed across Europe, Asia <g class="gr_ gr_93 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_disable_anim_appear Punctuation only-ins replaceWithoutSep" id="93" data-gr-id="93">and</g> North America. He has played with Lana Del Rey, Bat for Lashes and Patrick Wolf, at major venues such as Barbican, Tate Britain, RA and ICA, QEH and BAM (NYC).
He has worked with artists as diverse as Fiona Shaw, Nick Knight, David Sims, Raqib Shaw, Matt Lambert, Matthew Stone and Isamaya Ffrench.
His debut short film score for Theo Adams Company’s ‘Safety Curtain’ debuted on Channel 4.
He has created music for Charles Jeffrey Loverboy, Alexander McQueen, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Halpern, Liberty of London and W Magazine.
