In 2000 Luca starts composing Italian rock songs, where together with hermetic lyrics he blends punk, grunge and new wave, sometimes with a psychedelic or dark mood. The lyrics are the result of a neverending literary research and the development of an abstract imaginarium. In 2004 he performs in many clubs around Milan and province with the band Yantra, and enters multiple competitions like FFWD and Rock Targato Italia. In 2008 Yantra decide to record and self-produce their 1st album and release the first single "Mary, hello!". In 2010 Yantra record and release a new single, "Muri 2010". Two years later they complete the "2012" album featuring a progressive, metal and grunge sound with symphonic and baroque arrangements. In 2017 Yantra release the album "Zero + Zero", arranged by the musician D'Amore. "Punto zero" gets its own video. Following the album two new singles are released: "La società liquida", an EDM track with lyrics inspired from the work of Zygmunt Bauman. Then "Greta" (2018) is the beginning of a new era for Yantra, with Luca going back to collaborate with Ryck Valli (Rivendell, N.O.S.M., Shandaria, Line Up), an eclectic musician now turned producer too, with whom he had met and played together in 1986 during rehearsals with their band named "Y?".
