Tenille Arts was born and raised in the small, Canadian prairie town of Weyburn, Saskatchewan. She earned a publishing deal in Nashville in 2015, and saw her 2016 debut EP peak at #1 on the iTunes Canada Country Album Chart as well as crack the Top 100 in the United States.
Tenille’s video of her hauntingly mysterious song “Cold Feet” reached #1 on the CMT 12 Pack Countdown and also received much critical acclaim, including a rare feature article on an independent release by Tom Roland in Billboard Country. Tenille enjoyed her national television debut in January of 2018 on ABC’s hit show The Bachelor, performing her song “Moment of Weakness” for a viewing audience of several million. The song debuted in the top 20 on the iTunes U.S. Top Country Songs Chart. Six weeks later, in March of 2018, Arts’ signed a recording deal with Reviver Records in Nashville. Tenille spent the summer on a cross-country U.S. radio tour, opening for Reba McEntire, Scotty McCreery, and Maddie & Tae, and then she joined Canadian superstar Dean Brody on his Dirt Road Stories tour. She will make her second appearance on The Bachelor in January 2019 performing her new U.S. single “I Hate This”.
