Folk/rock singer-songwriter and 2015 Western Canadian music award winner “Annette” has the ability to slip through the keyhole of life to gather up, heart in hand, music and lyrics that touch the soul and jump start the heart.
She’s been part of the music scene for over twenty-five years as founding member of the group Hart Rouge before embarking on a solo career. Singing in both French and English, this folk rock singer songwriter’s work boasts an impressive list of accomplishments: nine albums, several radio hits and tours across Canada, Europe and the United States.
Her latest album, “I AM”, is a soulful tapestry of acoustic rock woven together by strong pop melodies and dynamic rhythms featuring a deep- grounded earthiness and powerful lyrics. Her folk rock style takes listeners on a kaleidoscopic voyage of colour, making several rhythmic stops with strong true blue pop melodies, earthy acoustic guitars and soulful black-velvet vocals.<br>
