Helser and her husband's first musical release, Long Story Short, appeared in 2011, followed by their sophomore album, On the Shores, the following year. Joining up with the Bethel Music Collective
in 2014, Helser and her husband reissued On the Shores alongside the companion release Endless Ocean, Bottomless Sea in 2015. Helser's eighth recording with her husband, Beautiful Surrender, appeared in September 2016.
