Left up to the 200 million TV-viewers of Eurovision, KEiiNO would have won the contest in 2019 (Ranked #6). Their mix of uplifting dance-pop, nordic folk, and joik, combined with traditional Sámi elements, has reached a broad audience beyond their nordic beginnings. Perhaps not surprising, as the public in eight countries including the UK, Germany, Australia, Sweden, Denmark and the Netherlands had KEiiNO on top in the ESC.
After Eurovision, KEiiNO has released 5 singles, toured extensively in Norway and Europe, including sold out shows in London and gigs at Madrid, Cologne and Stockholm Pride. In October 2019, the trio went on a successful Australia-tour, and started on their next project; recording music together with indigenous artists around the globe.
Before KEiiNO, Alexandra was DJ-star Alan Walker’s live singer and Fred toured with sami rap-duo Duolva Douttar. Tom Hugo had a solo-career in Norway and Germany and wrote hits for J/K-pop stars like XO, TVXQ and SHiNee. More info on www.keiino.com
