Matt Mardini is a Canadian crooner-singer based in Montreal, originally from Aleppo - Syria.
With more than 20 years of professional experience singing for a wide range of events all over the world, and now he is achieving now success in Montreal and other Canadian cities.
Matt sings Jazz, Standards and Classical pieces from the 40s up to the latest hits, in English and French; in addition he can also sing and perform classics in Spanish, Italian, Armenian, Russian and Arabic.
In 1997 he started to perform at “Aleppo Club” (Club elite in Aleppo - Syria).
In 2004, he moved to Damascus to perform at Sheraton Damascus “the Sheraton Pub” for 8 years.
Back then (in Syria) he had a successful career, performing at many venues in Syria as well as all over the Middle East & Europe, and he had a very good presence on TVs and Radios and the media in general.
Moved to Canada in 2012 to make a new life for himself and for his family,
His talent and positive energy earned him recently an impressive singing gig at Bell Centre in 2017, and he is the first singer with Syrian origin to sing at Bell Centre.
He released his album (HIBA) “A tribute to the Canadian icons” in 2020
He performed his first official concert In Canada in November the 27th 2019, (at Rialto, the prestigious theatre in Montreal), accompanied by his band of 12 musicians.
He is working now on presenting his concert in many countries and cities, all over the world.
