The Stockholm based multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter pop act combines a haze of folk music with a calming, neutral style.
This musical backdrop serves as a canvas for bright entrancing vocals and dreamy lyrics, blending folk-tinged pop with a feel-good vibe.
Her debut album Whipple, was written during a period of adventurous travel. Beginning in a Mexican hospital on the border to Texas, continuing with a hippie journey to New Orleans, through the deserts in Nevada and the Burning Man Festival. This led into a year of busking in Rome all the way to the north pole where she lived in a horse stable, before finally landing on the shores of Danube in Budapest, Hungary. Eventually, upon her return to Stockholm, and after gathering the experiences of her travels, she set to work on an album soaked in the ethereal aura of freedom which accompanies her sound. The highly infectious harmonies of the album combine into a stripped-back pop vibe that are complimented by compelling and melodious lyrical work.
