Since then they have toured extensively, worked as producers and score composers as well as continuing to work as session players on some high profile projects. During this period they released sporadically, experimenting with new sounds and shades of what Basciville might be. This led instinctually into a period of retreat, down into a space in their home of southern Wexford. Here they have worked on new music, striving to uncover their sound and to solidify their identity as artists. The first offering of this new form is ‘Post-Youth”, a sign of the more rural gothic imagery to come. 2019 will see the release of a new ep as well as a long awaited self titled album.
