Born and raised in St. Louis, MO, Ed relocated to Georgia and studied all aspects of music which led to running a recording studio in Atlanta, an online music production school and creating sound libraries while producing tracks and performing around Atlanta.
After winning dance remix contests with tracks for Conjure One, Sarah McLachlan, Paul Schwartz and NIN, a door opened to move to Miami following a trip to the Winter Music Conference. Ed relocated to South Florida and began working out of Miami with clients based in New York, California, Atlanta, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, France, London, China, Ghana, Germany, Bermuda, Norway, Japan and Taiwan.
Inspired by the European sound after traveling through London, Amsterdam, Paris and speaking as a panelist at the Winter Music Conference, Ed experimented with house music collaborations and djing with gear received from winning a remix contest. Invites to dj kept pouring in leading to DJ live performances with vocals, guitar, violin, flute, harmonica, saxophone, percussion and creating the Cup of Inspiration Podcast.
Currently, Ed curates professional events appealing to a wide array of audiences by creating uplifting tracks with influence from house, progressive and techno. Ed’s mixes and music has been heard around the globe, featured on Matt Darey’s Podcast with releases on Toy Robot Records, Made2Dance Records, MK837 Records, Deeplife Records, Gratitude Productions and Mix93FM's Midday Mix Fix hosted by Caroline Lund.
