Aside from music, writing is Slim’s point of passion. He strives to one-day produce screenplays, books, and poetry while pursuing other creative ventures. Additionally, he enjoys recreational basketball, and is a diehard Knicks fan for life.
The first major influences on Slim Dymondz musical career were his uncles: Cedric McLaurin, and Khalif Franklin. Aside from family Slim says: “I have to give credit to Biggie and Pac who’s impact on the culture of hip-hop ” Moreover, Michael Jackson’s creativity and imagination as well as Louis Farrakhan’s public speaking composure changed the way Slim conveys his conceptualizations to others.
